Pre-Order Guidelines
To secure highly limited studio allocations and ensure a seamless fulfillment process, please review our binding pre-order terms prior to reservation.
// Tier 01: Deposit Pre-Order
Deposit Booking
- Non-Refundable: All deposits are transferred directly to studio licensing for production lock-in. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- Balance Notification: When the collectible is prepared for warehouse dispatch, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance via email.
- 14-Day Payment Window: The remaining balance must be cleared within 14 calendar days of notice; otherwise, the allocation is released and the deposit forfeited.
// Tier 02: Full-Payment Pre-Order
Full Payment (Priority)
- Guaranteed Priority Dispatch: Your parcel is sealed and dispatched in Batch 01 immediately once warehouse clearance is complete.
- Cancellation & Penalty: If you request cancellation prior to studio shipment, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee of the total order value will be deducted from your refund.
- Price Lock Guarantee: Full payment locks in your pricing against future manufacturer exchange-rate hikes or MSRP adjustments.
1 Estimated Release Dates (ETA)
- All estimated arrival times (e.g. Q3 2026, Q4 2026) are projected timelines provided directly by official manufacturing studios and may be subject to adjustment.
- High-end collectibles involve complex hand-painting, joint engineering, and international freight. Factory delays do not constitute grounds for waiver of the cancellation policy.
2 Shipping & Address Updates
- Address Modification: You may update your delivery address at any time before the final tracking number is generated by emailing our support squad.
- Arrival Inspection: All arriving figures are protected by our warranty. Please remember to record a continuous 6-sided uncut unboxing video upon parcel receipt.
