We operate direct tracked air logistics routes to our primary collector destinations across North America, Europe, Oceania, and East Asia.
1 Order Processing & Handling
- In-Stock Figures: Securely boxed, bubble-cushioned, and transferred to international logistics carriers within 24–72 business hours (Monday through Saturday).
- Pre-Order Allocations: Dispatched immediately upon studio batch release and warehouse inspection. In accordance with our Pre-Order Policy, full-payment pre-orders receive First-Tier Priority Dispatch.
2 All-Inclusive Pricing (Taxes Included)
- No Hidden Fees: The final amount displayed at checkout is fully inclusive of applicable taxes, import duties, and VAT.
- You will NOT be charged additional customs tariffs or handling fees upon parcel arrival in your destination country.
3 Special Instructions for South Korean Collectors
- In accordance with Korea Customs Service regulations, all shipments entering South Korea require valid personal identification for customs declaration.
- Required Information: Korean buyers must provide their Real Korean Name (한글 성명) and the corresponding Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC / 개인통관고유부호 - starting with 'P') in the address field or order notes at checkout.

- Corner Protectors & Bubble Layering: Every single collectible parcel is reinforced with Heavy-Duty Edge Corner Protectors (护角), multi-layer Shock-Absorbing Bubble Wrap (气泡膜), and a thick outer carton to prevent transit box crushing and ensure pristine collector-grade condition.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To maintain replacement warranty coverage against transit damage or missing parts, please record a continuous, uncut 6-sided unboxing video upon delivery as required by our After-Sales Policy.
