1 Adult Collector Disclaimer (18+)
- All products featured on VVS TOYS are high-end collector items, scale figures, and statues designed for display, customization, and adult collectors. They are NOT toys for young children and may contain sharp points or small choking hazards.
- By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
2 Product Accuracy & Pricing
- Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.
- Prototype images, digital renderings, and studio preview photography displayed on product pages may differ slightly from the finalized mass-production release.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of our products to any person, household, or geographic jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized reselling.
3 Incorporated Store Policies
- Your use of our services is strictly governed alongside our core operational policies:
• Pre-Order Policy (Deposit rules, 20% cancellation penalty, Priority dispatch).
• Refund & Cancellation Policy (5% pre-dispatch processing fee, address disclaimer, theft exclusion).
• After-Sales & Warranty Policy (Mandatory uncut 6-sided unboxing video, 7-day claim window).
4 Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, studio brand names, character logos, and scale model artwork showcased on this store remain the sole intellectual property of their respective licensed studios and manufacturers.
- All website styling, customized interface codes, branding graphics, and text descriptions authored by VVS TOYS may not be copied, reproduced, or exploited without explicit written authorization.
5 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
- VVS TOYS shall not be liable for delivery delays or factory batch postponements resulting from acts of God, global supply chain bottlenecks, customs customs clearance inspections, carrier strikes, or regional transit restrictions.
- In no case shall VVS TOYS, our directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products.
